Freelance Art Director (Brand/Campaigns)
We're looking for a Art Director to join our Creative floor on an ad hoc basis, to support with campaign idea generation. This would start in April with the possibility of this role rolling on through the Summer.
You will be instrumental in the idea generation and concepting of a variety of different campaigns, working alongside the project Creative Director/Designer/Copywriter.
We are looking for someone that is conceptual but also detail oriented, versatile with pragmatism, and happy to work alongside other Creatives.
The clients that this work will be attributed to will be across a large pharmaceutical, plus a government-funded agency.
Requirements- Solid experience as a creative in a similar specialist role and from a similar agency background
- Exceptional knowledge of branding and campaign oriented projects
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the creative process and have willingness to take direction
- Help manage time to accommodate and prioritise client and project demands
- Accountability to projects assigned, representing RY with discipline, confidence and professionalism at all times
- Ability to translate briefs and understand communication challenges
- Clear and conscious articulation of thinking and approach
- Can work comfortably as part of a team, or autonomously as required
- Excellent proficiency in Figma or Sketch. Experience in InDesign and Photoshop is advantageous.

Hybrid working: At Radley Yeldar, we offer a flexible working arrangement from your home and in the office. We may require you to attend meetings in person at our London based office.
