Stay updated with industry best practices, recommend improvements, and support the development of training and succession plans.

Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience in the waste management sector at a supervisory level or above.
• Strong understanding of contract management, including KPIs and performance frameworks.
• Highly numerate and IT literate, with the ability to use management information effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to implement change programs and develop waste management strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
• The right to work in the UK, via citizenship or ILR or without expiry

• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to build and develop strong teams.
• Confident and credible representative of the company with external contacts.
