Job Description- Reporting to the Group HR Director - you will support the delivery of the strategic HR priorities for the Halifax site of approx. 50 employees; working with line managers to deliver day to day HR support.
- Site based and first point of contact for all HR matters including
- Employee Relations, day to day operational HR queries, L&D, recruitment, payroll administration, stakeholder management.
- Supporting a cultural change in the organisation
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
- previously operated in a Senior HR Advisor, HR Manager capacity with the ability to work in a standalone role
- proven track record in a similar role within a manufacturing / operational environment.
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
- Site based 5 days per week
- A competitive salary

- 22 days + BH rising to 25 days
