As a Home Care Assistant / Carer / Care Worker in Grimsby, you will provide person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their health, well-being, and independence.
Areas covered: Cleethorpes, West Marsh, East Marsh, Waltham, Scatho, Yarborough, Willows/ Wybers, Laceby, Grange, and Nunthorpe.
Shifts or hours available:
Morning Shift:7am-2pmEvening Shift: 4pm-10pm

The Care Assistant Role
Supporting individuals with their personal care routines including washing, dressing, and attending to toileting needsEnsuring service users have adequate grocery supplies
Assisting individuals in taking their medication
Preparing warm and nourishing meals
Helping with light domestic tasks and other care needs

Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle required.
