Your new role

You will be managing a team of 5. The main responsibilities are:

• Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential clients through detailed financial analysis and risk assessment.
• Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure effective credit management.
• Monitor and manage the company's credit portfolio, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to establish credit limits and terms for new and existing clients.
• Prepare and present credit reports to senior management, highlighting key risks and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to the credit team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

• Be immediately available
• Has experience leading / managing a team
• At least 5 years experience working in Credit Management
