HR as per above and attached Job Description. The post holder will own and manage the contractual relationships for both the PFI and non-PFI estate, ensuring that all contractual arrangements meet the standards expected, whilst providing high quality and value for money.
This role will liaise primarily with the senior managers withinProject Co (Sempirion Asset Management) and the maintenance provider (Rydon) and act as the senior client in negotiations and performance management activities. This role will also ensure that all applicable statutory and mandatory obligations are met, and that the Trustspolicies and procedures are adhered to.
