Assistant Site Manager - Manchester

About the role of Assistant Site Manager

You'll be working with a 5-Star house builder working alongside a team on timber frame units, based in Greater Manchester. They have built an enviable reputation in the housing sector, specialising in new build affordable and spec housing developments.

• Reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of work activities and trade subcontractors on site, safety and quality.
• Management and coordination of sub-contract trades.
• Ensuring company standards followed for health and safety.
• Coordination and progress meetings.

• Ideally from a trades background having made the move into management, you will have gained some practical site experience to date.
• Relevant industry qualifications and certificates.

• £40k - £45k + car allowance
