We are seeking an innovative and analytical Senior Program Manager to lead highly complex Product strategy for our International business. This person will be the key program manager for the European Prime Video business and will help drive product and tech strategy for the region.You will be responsible for managing new product and technical requests on behalf of our European PV business stakeholders, corresponding with our central Product and Technical teams to drive prioritization and execution of critical European initiatives and delivering durable and clear mechanisms to track and disseminate key product updates.
Key job responsibilities- Build strong, cross functional relationships across the global Prime Video Tech, Product and Business Organizations
- Identifying, prioritizing and facilitating the delivery of key product features for the European Prime Video business
- Own strategic and tactical mechanisms to track and drive critical projects forward including Monthly Project Reviews and Quarterly Product Reviews
- Distil complex product challenging into easily digestible language and guidance for business teams
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements- Experience leading process improvements
