The Role
As an English Teacher, you will:
- Deliver high-quality lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, with opportunities for Key Stage 5 teaching.
- Foster an environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and a love for reading and writing.
- Assess and monitor student progress, adapting lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
- Contribute to curriculum development and collaborate with the English department to drive achievement.
- Play an active role in the pastoral care and development of students, ensuring their well-being and success.
