Michael Page Finance are exclusively partnering an instantly recognisable, luxury food brand based in West London. The brand is synonymous with their offering and have recently moved in to the UK market.
As part off their growth they are looking to appoint a Head of Finance to drive their business performance.
Job Description
The Head of Finance is responsible for end-to-end finance, including:
- Strategy and commercial finance
- Accounting, reporting and compliance
- Key business partner to the SLT
- Leading the FP&A process including budget, forecast and planning
- Key business partner to all departments to provide insight and support decision making
- Develop KPIs to assess and drive business performance
- Ownership of the P&L, BS and Cashflow
- Leading, mentoring and developing the finance team
The Successful Applicant
The successful Head of- A fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Demonstrable experience as a senior finance leader within the Retail, Consumer, FMCG, Hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of financial standards and tax compliance
- Able to build credible working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver commercial levers
- A passion for luxury brands would be a distinct advantage
