About the role

Are you a highly organised and adaptable person with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced school environment?

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Support professional to provide high-level confidential administrative and organisational support to the Executive Principal and Senior Leadership Team.

You might be an experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism OR you might be a very ambitious recent graduate who is looking for their first job and wants to work hard and learn lots of different skills very quickly whilst you decide what career you want to pursue.

This is a pivotal role within the school, acting as a key point of contact for staff, governors, parents, external agencies and visitors. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Executive Principal’s office through outstanding diary management, communication and administrative support.

The role requires someone who can work flexibly, respond to changing priorities and build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Executive Principal
  • Managing diaries, meetings, correspondence and confidential documentation
  • Supporting governance and compliance processes
  • Assisting with recruitment administration and school events
  • Maintaining high standards of professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding practice
  • Project management

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated and supportive school community where your contribution will have a direct impact on the effectiveness of school leadership and operations

Our staff are important to us. We know that without great staff, our children will not be as successful. Therefore, Professional Learning is key to our success. As a new employee within the Trust, you will be supported by the College and Trust staff, alongside your line manager to realise your full potential.

We have an extensive professional learning calendar with widespread opportunities for colleagues at all stages of their career.

There are other significant benefits of working here, not least a two-week October half term and the opportunity to work with colleagues across the Trust. We actively encourage applicants from underrepresented groups.
