Job Description- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the institution's mission and vision.
- Oversee the institution's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, staff, and community leaders.
- Lead, mentor, and guide staff to foster a conducive learning environment.
- Ensure the institution's compliance with educational laws and regulations.
- Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the institution.
- Represent the institution at local, regional, and national events.
- Collaborate with other leaders within the organisation to drive the institution's success.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Campus Director should have:
- Hands on experience in education and or business administration.
- Proven leadership experience in an educational setting either from an academic or operational aspect.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Ability to represent the institution effectively in various forums.
- Flexibility, this role will require Friday evenings and some weekend working.
- Competitive salary range of £70,000 - £80,000 per annum.
