This is a great starting point for those who want to enter a career in mental health as you come into contact with many different mental health professionals and more importantly those with lived experience. Many people in these roles develop the skills and experience to support a long career in mental health!
We have roles available at our locations in LS17 and LS10. You will be asked at interview to state your preferred location. We also offer a value of £75 per night for every sleep-in shift worked!
So, do you have:
- Experience of building and maintaining positive working relationships
- Great interpersonal skills including listening and empathy
- Experience of supporting people in residential settings to promote independence and thrive in their community
- A creative and imaginative approach to working with people
