Part time Credit Controller - Stoke-on-Trent

This role will initially be dealing with some aged debt and then will be maintaining the ledger. Job Description: The duties for the part-time Credit Controller will include: To manage the portfolio of customer accounts, making outgoing calls/emails to inquire about outstanding balances Updating the customer database Sending out statements to customers Handling all queries relating to the invoices to ensure prompt payments To negotiate terms and payment schedules with customers to ensure invoices are paid and customers/ requirements are considered.
