Xplore Group are currently looking for experienced Business Analyst to join our company based in, Bolton, Greater Manchester. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
Responsibilities.
You will work closely with stakeholders to analyse complex business processes, define requirements, and ensure seamless communication with development teams.
The qualifying candidate must be professional, self- motivated, physically fit and have an excellent work ethic. Prior experience within the shipbuilding sector is an advantage.Responsibilities.
- Leading projects that align with company strategies
- Analysing data trends to uncover untapped opportunities
- Building strong relations with stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor
- Facilitating workshops and meetings
- Gathering, documenting and managing requirements for project delivery
- Overseeing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce cost
- Mentoring and guiding junior business analysts
- Use BPMN tools to document business processes
- Write business requirements documents, technical specification documents, projections, plans, and analysis reports
- se SQL to manipulate and query large datasets
