Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Non-Domestic Energy Assessor to join an expanding team in Manchester. You'll have the chance to work amongst industry specialists on a range of projects across the North West - developing skills and progressing in your career.

Key Responsibilities of the NDEA role:

• Conduct energy assessments for non-domestic buildings, including offices, industrial premises, and retail outlets.
• Produce detailed Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and recommendations for energy efficiency improvements.
• Assess heating, lighting, and ventilation systems, along with building fabric, to provide accurate energy ratings.
• Provide expert advice on energy-saving measures and assist clients in meeting regulatory requirements.

To be considered for this NDEA role you must:

• Be a certified Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA).
• Proven experience in energy assessment and the non-domestic property sector.
• Have knowledge of current energy efficiency regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Live in or near to Manchester and be willing to travel for work.
