Are you a dynamic leader with a genuine passion for social care?
Ready to make a meaningful impact on both your team and the lives of adults with learning disabilities? If so, we want you to join Aspirations Care as a Cluster Team Manager and help us drive change where it truly matters.

At Aspirations, we provide personalised support that empowers individuals to live more independently, confidently, and with dignity. As a Cluster Team Manager, you’ll play a vital role in shaping this journey, ensuring top-quality care while leading and motivating a team to reach their full potential.

About the Role: You’ll work closely with the Registered Area Manager, overseeing and supporting a team of dedicated support workers. Your leadership will be critical in coaching staff to deliver outstanding care that puts the needs of those we support at the heart of everything we do.

You will be responsible for ensuring service standards are consistently high, actively promoting a culture of care that is both person-centred and inclusive.

This is a hands-on management role where you’ll be deeply involved in service planning, team development, and creating innovative solutions to improve care delivery. You’ll also handle day-to-day operations, providing guidance and resolving challenges as they arise to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.

Flexibility is key, as we provide 24/7 care. You’ll need to be ready to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays, ensuring continuous support for the people we care for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of support workers, promoting best practices and ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Collaborate with the Area Registered Manager to monitor and maintain excellent service delivery, promoting independence and choice for those in our care.
  • Be an exemplary role model, ensuring safety and satisfaction for both the people we support and your colleagues.
  • Manage and support adults with complex learning disabilities, including those with Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and demonstrate strong IT skills to support service efficiency.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in managing teams within social care, specifically supporting adults with learning disabilities.
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or a commitment to achieve this within 18 months).
  • Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for helping others.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic care environment.
  • A driving license is desirable but not essential.

What We Offer:

  • Life cover (2x salary) up to individual state pension age
  • Access to Aspirations Perks – discounts at major retailers and supermarkets
  • Smart Health App – 24/7 GP access for you and your family
  • Flexible working with optional overtime
  • DBS paid by Aspirations
  • £500 refer-a-friend scheme
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme for you and your family
  • CPD Accredited induction and ongoing training, including Care Certificate and apprenticeship opportunities
  • Career progression support and professional development
  • Paid 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
