You’ll make a big difference each day as you help our customers achieve their hopes and aspirations. Amazing we know!

• Assisting customers with practical, daily living tasks to develop their independence, helping them to achieve the goals, aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans.
• Our customers are facing homelessness, and we aid to provide support to combat this.
• Helping customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation if they are able.
• Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.
• Cuppas, chats and catch ups. There’s no rushing from one customer to the next here! Plenty of time to work together with colleagues too.

• Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working together with an eye for detail
• Experience of caring for others, you may have worked in care before or have experience of caring for others such as family members or children
• The ability to work on your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach
• Recognise every customer is different and you’re able to adopt a flexible, personal approach, listening to customers to understand their needs
• Ideally, to get from A to B, you’ll have access to a vehicle insured for business purposes, the great news is that we’ll pay your mileage!

You’ll join Patrica and her team, we’re super passionate about what we do! We’re really proud of supporting our customers to overcome barriers that prevent them accessing support. We’re a supportive bunch and like to be there for one another.

• Our service supports our customers 24/7, so you’ll work on a rota from Monday to Sunday, 8am-8pm with every third weekend.
• You’re able to use technology to update support plans, complete online learning and to collaborate with colleagues.
• You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
