You will work with both individuals and small groups, providing tailored support that encourages engagement and a love of learning.Whether you're helping a child who requires additional support or guiding a small group through an activity, your role will be key in ensuring that each child feels valued and empowered to succeed.
Your responsibilities will extend beyond academic support. You’ll help promote positive behaviour, social skills, and emotional well-being in students, contributing to a well-rounded, holistic approach to their education. By fostering strong relationships with students, you will be a trusted figure in their learning journey, helping them to develop both academically and personally.
