The Role
Working closely with Financial Advisers, you'll provide full administrative support across a range of financial planning activities. This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same.
Key duties will include:
- Preparing client meeting packs and supporting documentation
- Liaising with providers and platforms to obtain information and process business
- Managing adviser diaries and coordinating appointments
- Maintaining accurate and compliant client records
- Handling client and provider queries in a professional and timely manner
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the office
- Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or in a similar financial services support role
- Experience using Intelligent Office (IO)
- Confident dealing with providers and investment platforms
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Able to prioritise workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience
