Job Description

As a Junior Finance Analyst you'll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and ensuring smooth financial operations across this global organisation based in Liverpool City Centre.

Here is what your responsibilities will look like :

• Taking responsibility for uploading deal accruals in SAP, ensuring all approvals and activation's meet weekly deadlines. You'll own the process of managing loss-making and £100k+ deals, ensuring commentary is captured and tracked.
• Take charge during month-end by conducting regular checks on base and promotional cases, running delta accruals, and resolving any variances. You'll also support deal releases and ensure smooth financial reporting.
• Partner with our Credit Controller to resolve aged issues on the ledger and ensure all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
• Play a key role in processing invoices by adding deal IDs and supporting their approval through SAP/PDAP. You'll also liaise with the HUB and NAMs to keep everything running on time and ensure the clearing account is regularly maintained.
• Be a part of our D&A meetings by preparing query packs and attending these key sessions alongside the National Account Managers. Your insights will be critical to shaping our financial strategies.
• Collaborate with our Assistant Management Accountant to provide weekly performance insights that drive business success
