Visit and clean 5-6 properties daily, spending approximately 45-60 minutes at each location.
Carry out general cleaning tasks, including hoovering, wiping down kitchen surfaces, and cleaning communal bathrooms.
Complete a report form for each property, documenting cleaning completion and reporting any concerns.
Identify and report tenant issues, such as bins not being emptied or poor upkeep of shared areas.
Safely transport cleaning equipment and materials between properties.
Communicate significant maintenance issues or damages to the Housing Association team.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, ensuring properties are welcoming for residents.

THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience as a Cleaner or in a related role.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Strong time management and attention to detail.
Ability to transport cleaning equipment and materials between properties.

Excellent communication skills to report issues effectively.

THE CONTRACT

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £22,308.00 per year, plus benefits

Benefits: Mileage allowance, paid annual leave, and a supportive working environment with training provided.
