Maths Teacher Job – North West Leicestershire-based School

Timetable: Teach Maths at KS3 and KS4

Hays are in partnership with an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ Academy located in North West Leicestershire. They are looking for a dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to students at KS3 and KS4, with the ability to teach KS5 being highly desirable.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
