Charnwood Borough Council in Leicestershire is searching for the latest member of #TeamCBC!
We are looking for a passionate individual who is customer focused, a team player and wants help improve our local communities in Charnwood.
The Council is recruiting for 4 Customer Service Advisors.
Part Time Permanent 32.5hours (set shift pattern) x2Part Time Permanent 26 hours (set shift pattern) x1
Part Time Temporary 26 hours (set shift pattern) x1
The role involves deliver an excellent customer experience by providing advice and, wherever possible, query resolution at the first point of contact. This includes all customer access channels including telephone, face to face, letter, email, web, web chat and SMS.
Provide a high quality & comprehensive information service, ensuring a consistently high level of experience for all customers, fairly and without discrimination.
