Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator Role:
  • To collate and organise hours worked by staff through the companies “clocking in & out” software.
  • Maintain and update all changes to staff pay rates & contracts.
  • Complete month end pay roll & PAYE through the companies payroll software and complete all statutory submissions.
  • Complete all pensions statutory submissions.
  • To maintain and complete Year End information to be shared with the Managing Director.
Requirements of the Payroll Administrator Role:
  • Proven experience of IT skills and knowledge desirable including the use of spreadsheets.
  • Experience using payroll software e.g. Sage.
  • Experience collecting & collating staff hours & shifts.
