Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer & Receptionist to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client’s site in Plymouth

Key Responsibilities:
- To provide a welcoming and friendly front-of-house service to all staff, visitors, and contractors entering and exiting the building.
- Ensuring all visitors are signed in as per site security requirements.
- To provide a proactive front-of-house service, ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained. For example, booking taxis, booking meeting rooms or providing additional information.
- Assist visitors, staff, and contractors with queries and offer additional assistance as required.
- Carrying out administrative tasks and duties as required.
About You:
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- Efficient and punctual.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is essential.
- Excellent customer service, organisation, verbal, and written skills.
- Able to prioritise effectively.
- SIA badge.
