Your new role

As a Mechanical Estimator, you will be part of the Pre-Contract team and will be responsible for:

• Producing detailed tender bids and cost plans
• Attending mid and post-tender meetings
• Post-tender control
• Interfacing with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers
• Managing the tender process to meet standards and deadlines

• Pro-active and approachable attitude
• Leadership by example
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of mechanical building services
• Thorough and efficient work ethic
• Knowledge of suppliers and sub-contractors
• Understanding of electrical services
• Commercial acumen
• Computer literacy, especially with "Trimble Estimation" software
• Ability to issue and update tender documents electronically
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to quality standards
