Our client is an award winning multi-disciplinary practice offering Architectural, Building Surveying and Interior Design Services to both public and private sector clients across the UK. They are looking for a Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor to join them on a full time, permanent basis to work across all sectors including education, health, heritage, commercial/industrial and hotel/sport/leisure.

• Undertaking building condition surveys
• Quinquennial inspections
• Report writing
• Preparation of schedules of repairs
• Planning/listed building/building regulation applications/tender packages
• Attending meetings, working with clients, consultants, statutory bodies and local authorities and advising on technical issues.

• BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying
• MRICS qualified or close
• Previous work experience essential with an excellent knowledge of building construction and Health & Safety related matters.
• Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and InDesign

• Salary: £45k - £55k (Guide only - DOE)

• Hours: 37.5hrs per week
