WHAT WE OFFER- The Start Date of employment will be: 26th May 2025.
- The starting salary for this role is £29,831 per annum, based on competence and experience.
- 39 Hours working 5 days per week including day shift, evenings and alternate weekends per month.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE- An enthusiasm for home furnishings and experience in effective selling, understanding customers and their needs.
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt, prioritise and organise your own and others workload.
- Business-minded with customer in focus to deliver results, ability to make quick decisions and take personal initiatives, open to change.
- Leading others, you will have good communication skills that can enable building relationships with co-workers and customers.
- Together with your team, you focus on putting the customer first in everything you do, every customer must have a shopping experience that exceeds their expectations.
- You act quickly on commercial opportunities and take full responsibility for ensuring your shop is in excellent shape, clean, tidy, priced and full.
- You and your team actively sales steer to your department’s top-selling products, prioritised products and IKEA service products in order to maximise sales and long-term profitability.
- Your working base is the shop floor where you set a good example every day, supporting, training and coaching co-workers.
