Contract Details: Temporary to Permanent, Full time
Hourly rate: £12.54 per hour

As an Internal Sales Advisor, you will:
- Manage and progress the sales pipeline to close leads.
- Collaborate with the team to handle the sales inbox and respond to enquiries.
- Save cancellations and renew customer contracts.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Answer inbound sales calls as required.
- Ensure customer interactions align with company policies.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Proven sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
