What you’ll be doing: o_p>- Reviewing functionality and applications on the ServiceNow platform and code to see how it supports the business process and policy o_p>
- Presenting ideas for ServiceNow platform and service improvements o_p>
- Producing detailed technical specifications, developing proposed solutions, configuration of Out of The Box (OOB) and writing the programme code to develop the solution o_p>
- Technical testing of ServiceNow in controlled non-Production environments before go live o_p>
- Maintaining the ServiceNow platform including general housekeeping, data cleansing, reduction of technical debt, bug fixes and configuration o_p>
- Support the delivery of software development using scrum methodology o_p>

Your skills and experiences: o_p>Essential: o_p>
- Awareness of business unit policies and processes o_p>
- Experience of working in an IT function and software project delivery o_p>
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL processes o_p>
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator o_p>
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer o_p>
- At least one certified implementation specialist o_p>
- Extensive experience of working in a similar role or environment o_p>
- Relevant vocational qualifications or equivalent experience of working within Agile Methodologies o_p>
