Job Description- Manage project teams and resources to deliver construction projects on time and within budget
- Coordinate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure project objectives are met
- Oversee the project budget, prepare financial reports, and implement cost-saving measures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Monitor and report on project progress to senior management
- Resolve any issues or delays to ensure projects stay on track
- Implement and manage quality control processes
- Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for each project
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Senior Project Manager' should have:
- A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or relevant field
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Sound knowledge of construction procedures, material and project management principles
- Proficiency in project management software
- A competitive salary range from £90,000 to £110,000
