- Key Accountabilities:
- Provide product information, solve problems, and process orders to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, aiming for timely, one-contact resolution.
- Effectively manage customer escalations with empathy and conflict resolution techniques.
- Utilise strong time management and prioritisation skills to handle a high volume of activities.
- Conduct detailed investigation of customer issues to identify and swiftly resolve any faults.
- Support our customers through phone management.
- Process quotes, orders, and sample orders efficiently.
- Manage merchandising orders and calendars.
- Proactively monitor and handle open orders, incomplete orders, and delays.
