We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join our staff team at this exciting time as Depute Head Teacher. You will be committed to school improvement, promoting high quality learning and teaching, and raising achievement and attainment for all learners.
We are looking to appoint a nurturing, dynamic, creative and innovative Depute Head Teacher to join the leadership team of our large welcoming school. The successful candidate will demonstrate that they have the skills, qualities and enthusiasm to further develop and build on the existing high standards within RDM.They will join a staff team at RDM who are committed to providing an excellent education for all young people and promote an ethos of inclusion.
