Rochdale Borough Council is looking for a motivated Early Help Support Worker to join our dynamic Early Help and Schools Service EHASH. If you're passionate about making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children, young people, and their families, then we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Support Early Help Advisers by researching and managing cases within EHASH.Liaise with families and agencies to ensure effective case action and follow-through.
Initiate Early Help Assessments EHAs and facilitate support plans.
Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to create holistic, outcome-focused support for children and families.
Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed.
What We’re Looking For:
A Level 3 qualification in a relevant field or willingness to undertake training.Experience working with vulnerable children and families in a multi-disciplinary setting.
Strong IT skills and familiarity with case management systems like ICS, ONE, and EHM.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and mediation skills.
