The Rota Administrator will be responsible for providing rota co
- ordination and administration to support the Business Group including:
- Co-ordination of the weekly surgical rota(s) and forward planning of rota(s), leave entitlement/attendance.
- Act as the main contact point for rota-related issues and enquires, using initiative to deal with these enquiries.
- Ensure Annual Leave is completed in a timely manner; Rotas are prepped 6 weeks in advance, dealing with any rota issues/sickness that occur during the week.
- Ensure Rota Team admin and inductions are completed.
- Sourcing Locum cover when needed.
