Senior Electrical Engineer - Glasgow
Our client, an award-winning Energy contractor are currently recruiting for a Senior Electrical Engineer to work on several Power / Renewable Energy projects.
Location: Glasgow
Remuneration:
- £70 000 - £85 000 per annum plus car / car allowance & benefits
- Delivery of designs withing agreed timescales
- Working on multiple projects managing deadlines
- Effective communication with clients, consultants, and project engineers
- Provide technical support for the project engineers
- Manage strong client relationships
- Health and Safety management
- Prepare design packages for DNO contestable works and balance of plant (private) works from 11 kV to 132 kV
- Select HV and LV cables and design cable routes using CYMCAP and Amtech software
- Prepare multicore cable schedules
- Site inspection when required
- 132KV experience
- Electrical Degree
- Enthusiastic approach to work
