The client, who is a food manufacturing client, based in Peterhead, is looking to expand their team as they go through an exciting period of expansion.You will undertake a variety of tasks around the factory and offices in order to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Key responsibilities- Performing routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of fixtures, fittings, and appliances
- Handling minor plumbing, electrical and carpentry work
- Conducting inspections to identify issues and troubleshoot problems
- Responding to maintenance requests and resolving issues promptly
- Keeping records of maintenance and repair activities
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Assisting with general cleaning and upkeep of the property
- Operating and maintaining tools and equipment
- Collaborating with other team members or contractors when necessary
