About Our Client

An Asset Manager in the city of London.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling correspondence and managing HR documentation.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate assessments.
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, conducting RTW checks
  • Manage employee records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Assist with the organisation of HR-related events and activities.
  • Support the HR department in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
  • Assist with payroll.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:

  • 6-12 months exposure to working within HR as a minimum.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
  • An understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • A strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A degree in HR or related field is a bonus!
