Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling correspondence and managing HR documentation.
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate assessments.
- Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, conducting RTW checks
- Manage employee records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Assist with the organisation of HR-related events and activities.
- Support the HR department in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business needs.
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
- Assist with payroll.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have:
- 6-12 months exposure to working within HR as a minimum.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- An understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- A strong attention to detail.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A degree in HR or related field is a bonus!
