What will you be doing?
Process & Strategy:
- Plan and prioritize daily tasks to achieve your goals, with guidance from your manager.
- Balance your personal objectives with team and company-wide goals, adapting when necessary.
- Progress through your development plan by applying best practices and working with pace and energy to meet deadlines.
- Take ownership of your work, keeping your manager informed of your progress and outcomes.
Customer Focus:
- Develop a deep understanding of your market and source candidates with the skills required by your clients.
- Actively discuss and engage with clients in your market to meet their recruitment needs.
- Build consultative relationships by acting on guidance from management and delivering high-quality service.
Culture & Development:
- Identify gaps in your skills, knowledge, and behaviours, and work with your manager to create a development plan.
- Share your experiences and lessons learned with your team to foster continuous improvement.
- Be open to feedback, using it to adapt your approach and enhance your performance.
- Celebrate team successes and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
- Maintain a positive attitude during challenging times and provide support to your colleagues.
