As Nursery Manager, you will be at the heart of the nursery's success, leading the team to deliver exceptional standards of care and education. With a focus on creating a nurturing and inspiring environment, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring children’s well-being and development remain the priority.
What We’re Looking For- Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager is essential.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding practices, and nursery compliance requirements.
- Passion: A commitment to providing a nurturing and inspiring environment for children.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with families, staff, and external agencies.
