As Nursery Manager, you will be at the heart of the nursery's success, leading the team to deliver exceptional standards of care and education. With a focus on creating a nurturing and inspiring environment, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring children’s well-being and development remain the priority.

What We’re Looking For
  • Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager is essential.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding practices, and nursery compliance requirements.
  • Passion: A commitment to providing a nurturing and inspiring environment for children.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with families, staff, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operational management of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained.
  • Lead and inspire the team of nursery practitioners, supporting their professional growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and early years regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
  • Manage the nursery’s curriculum, promoting a balance of structured learning and play.
