Your Role in Building Brighter Futures
As a Learning Mentor (Inclusion Team) at Wellsway School you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura’s mission statement of “Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish”. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about living our values and making a positive impact on all the young people in our Trust.
As a Learning Mentor, you will be responsible for:Supporting students in achieving their full potential by providing academic, wellbeing, and behavioural support under the direction of the Department Lead.Providing support to the Department Lead in the exercise of their role. What You’ll Bring to FuturaWe are looking for an induvial who possesses: EducationGood standard of education (3 x GCSEs, including English grade C or above)
