Family Legal Secretary

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join an award-winning high-street law firm in Rochdale. You will be required to have previous legal secretarial experience – experience within family law would be advantageous.
You will be working as part of a supportive and friendly team and must be a good team player as you will be providing support in a small office, including covering reception.
This role is fully office-based, working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
The firm offers onsite parking plus an excellent benefits package.
Duties include:
- Typing general correspondence
- Liaising with clients both over the phone and when they arrive at the office
- Covering reception, taking calls and providing a friendly welcoming
- Preparing documents and correspondence
- Filing all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintaining filing and administrative systems
- Providing general administration support
