  • Providing a high level of service to clients both on the phone and in the practice
  • Arranging appointments and diary management
  • Dealing with new business enquiries
  • Utilise the Leap case management system
  • Provide administrative support in relation to civil litigation
  • Produce legal documents using Big Hand dictation
  • File management
  • Processing fees, invoices and taking payments
The Successful Applicant
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • A welcoming and professional manner
  • Experience as a receptionist in a professional firm
  • Previous legal administrative experience particularly in dictation and producing legal documents
  • A methodical and well organised approach to work
  • Experience of using leap case management and Big Hand dictation would be advantageous but full training will be provided
