Are you an outgoing person who loves being part of a close-knit team? Our client has been an established business for over 20 years with an excellent reputation in their market space. Due to winning new contracts and growing, they have a role for a Sales Administrator to join their team.

This could be either part time or full time. Company Benefits: Free parking28 days holiday plus bank holidaysCompany pension schemeCompany healthcareAnnual company weekend fun weekend awayFun, friendly environmentFollowing training 2 days working remotelyBonus paid Key Responsibilities: Provide sales support duties for sales teamEnsure that checklists are completed accurately, and any discrepancies are correctedCheck notes and comments on screen for each caseProduce documentation within timelines agreed with salespersonLiaise with customers/banks in a polite and competent mannerProvide customers with instructions for completion and return of documents in a clear, uncomplicated and precise mannerOn receipt of customer documentation ensure that the documents have been correctly completed and liaise with the customer and lender to move the matter forwardAccurately book deals in and outEnsure that all notes are up to date on the systemAdhere to any specified time frames for completion of deals etc.Provide statistics using Excel for commission lists or similarReport to the Office Manager where there is uncertainty and guidance is required, providing solutions for consideration whenever possible Experience and Skills Requirements: Demonstrable experience working in a sales support environment in an admin support roleProven Attention to detail, numerate and consistently accurateAbility to work under pressure and good time managementProven excellent telephone communication and ability to empathise and handle customers and colleagues diplomatically to achieve resultsStrong IT Ability in use of MS Office Word, Excel, CRM Systems or similarAbility to work well as a team member across the business and with customers/third parties, always willing to help where ableAssertiveness - ability to put across ones point of view and deal with difficult situations at work and involving customers/third partiesWillingness to learn and undergo training if requiredDemonstrable capacity to monitor, coach and mentor colleagues in a supportive mannerResilient and in possession of a good sense of humour!Be a task completer who is process drivenEnjoy working in a collaborative, fun environment If you have not been contacted within 5 working days, then unfortunately on this occasion your CV has not been shortlisted.
