Part time (27.5 hours per week) Term Time onlyWe are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and well-motivated person for the position of Teaching Assistant to join our exciting school.The successful candidate will support our pupils to access learning and reach their full potential.

• Be skilled and committed to supporting the teaching and learning of our pupils
• Have excellent communication skills, able to provide written and verbal feedback
• Be able to work as part of a team and independently
• Be able to develop positive relationships with our pupils, families, staff and stakeholders
• Show initiative and be proactive
• Be able to promote a positive ethos and be a role model to our pupils
• Have the confidence to support our pupils in a 1:1 situation, in the classroom and in small groups
• Have a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification and experience working in a primary school
