Customer Relations Assistant RSC (6 Month FTC)

What you will be doing...
Work as a member of a self-managed, empowered and motivated team that will deliver enhanced levels of customer service.Support the implementation of an effective shift roster to enable the team to reach and exceed agreed targets, goals and service levels.
Take part in regular coaching and training sessions to aid and assist personal development.
Responsible for providing appropriate alternative means of transport for stranded/disabled customers.
Responsible for organisation and preparation of Team statistics.
Daily telephone communication with customers and internal rail staff.
Experience of working in a customer service environment.
PC knowledge and typing skills.
Excellent communications skills, both telephone and written.
Understanding of the various rail regulating bodies and their role within the industry.
