Location: TamworthPay: Β£12 per hour
Working Hours: Flexible shifts between 7 AM - 8 PM
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to support a busy team during the festive season? We're hiring a recruitment resourcer to assist with our Christmas peak in Tamworth!
What You/'ll Do:
- Source and screen candidates to meet high-volume demand.
- Conduct phone interviews and manage applications.
- Support with onboarding and administrative tasks.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth operations during our busiest time of year.
What We/'re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in recruitment or administration (preferred but not essential).
- A positive, can-do attitude and flexibility with shift patterns.
