Warranty Advisor

Lookers Volkswagen , Warranty Administrator
Contract Type: PermanentSalary: £32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Our Warranty Administrators are fundamental within our Aftersales department! Day-to-day they are primarily responsible for processing warranty claims as well as liaising with customers both face-to-face, over the phone and via email. We are looking for an individual with a customer service background “serviced” to perfection!
- Processing warranty claims to manufacturer standards
- Assessing the quality of warranty job cards which includes feeding back to the workshop
- Invoicing and other ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Supporting with Paint and body claims
- Interacting daily with customers over the phone
You will possess attention to detail and strong organisation skills; this is essential when prioritising and scheduling work appropriately. You will also be great at talking to customers and showcase a friendly but professional manner. Furthermore, you will be able to build strong and lasting relationships with your fellow colleagues.
It is also essential that you have strong IT skills; are you able to easily navigate around the Microsoft packages?
