Office Angels have partnered with an expanding, driven Doncaster based business who are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their fast paced, progressive business.
Role: ConveyancerSalary & benefits: Up to £45,000pa depending on experience, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, bonus scheme, Perkbox, on-site parking & more!
Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to the office in Doncaster
Contract: Permanent, full time working 40 hours per week
Duties:
- Take clients instructions
- Handle a caseload of residential transactions
- Co-ordinating the work of all parties involved
- Correspond with clients and solicitors
- Arranging and attending client meetings when require to progress cases
- Respond quickly and effectively to client requirements
What you will need to succeed:
- Experience working within a fee earning role
- Experience managing residential conveyancing from start to end
- Able to deliver an excellent service whilst meeting deadlines
- Able to run a mixed caseload of residential matters
- Experience working with off plan / new build would be a distinct advantage
